Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of Red Eye International Pty Ltd may submit entries for possible posting on the website but are inelligible to win prizes. The promoter is Red Eye International Pty Ltd, ABN 23 086 348 763, hereafter referred to as ‘Red Eye’. |

Red Eye is not responsible for any postal delays, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. |

Use of the information and data contained on the Red Eye website is at entrants’ sole risk. |

The promoter will collect entrants’ personal information in order to conduct this promotion and will not disclose it to any other party however the promoter reserves the right to use such information for any future marketing or publicity purposes at its own discretion. |

Red Eye is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or any technical error including delay in transmission, download/upload error, fault, defect, interruption in operation or network failure. |

The promoter accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage sustained as a result of acceptance and usage of the prize. |
